Frank here, Learned some new tips I wasn't aware of with word processing before. Merging columns, hyper-linking, using gmail docs to collaborate, of all browsers Firefox is recommended. Also, the TTS programs are interesting and very useful with a few of my students. Learned the difference between using text box vs word when creating a documents. Overall, I give this experience an rating of 10 out of 10!
